This review is based on the specifications published on this listing, cross-checked against three independent UAE retailer listings — not a hands-on unit test. This listing has two conflicting internal spec sets: a structured block claiming an 850mAh rechargeable battery with USB-C and 18ml of e-liquid, versus its own description and FAQ describing a built-in, non-rechargeable 1800mAh battery with 10ml. Two of three external sources agree with the non-rechargeable 1800mAh/10ml figures, used here. Vape Collection Shop sells the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 direct to customers in the UAE.

How many puffs does the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 give you?

HQD rates this device at up to 15,000 puffs, backed by a 10ml pre-filled e-liquid capacity and a built-in 1800mAh battery. Since it’s non-rechargeable and can’t be refilled, the puff count is fixed by design — once the e-liquid or battery is spent, the device is finished, and a longer or harder draw will typically bring real-world use in below the rated number. For how this compares against other puff tiers sold in the UAE, see our guide to vape puff counts.

How much nicotine is in the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000?

The HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 contains 20mg (2%) salt nicotine, and it’s only sold at this one strength — there’s no 50mg version of this particular model. Salt nicotine is absorbed faster than freebase nicotine and stays smooth at higher strengths, which is part of why 20mg salt nic feels milder than an equivalent freebase strength.

HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 price in the UAE

Vape Collection Shop sells the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 for AED 49 per device. That works out to roughly AED 3.27 per 1,000 puffs based on the rated 15,000-puff capacity. Delivery is within 24 hours across the UAE, with card payment available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and cash on delivery or bank transfer everywhere.

HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 specifications

What’s in the box, and how the battery works

Each HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 comes as a single pre-filled, pre-charged device — no cable or charger, since the battery isn’t rechargeable. The built-in 1800mAh battery is sized to last the full rated 15,000 puffs alongside the 10ml of e-liquid; once either runs out, the device is finished. If you’d rather have a rechargeable disposable, see the HQD Shisha 20000 from the same brand.

Pros and cons

Pros: straightforward, no-charging, no-refilling design; 9 flavours in stock, including a couple of less common options; mesh coil; competitively priced at AED 49.

Cons: only one nicotine strength (20mg/2%); not rechargeable, so the puff count is fixed once the battery or e-liquid runs out; higher cost-per-1,000-puffs than the larger rechargeable disposables in this catalogue.

Who should buy the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000?

Worth it if you want a simple, no-fuss disposable with a milder 20mg nicotine hit and don’t mind a lower puff count than the 30,000–50,000-puff rechargeable devices elsewhere in this catalogue. If you want a longer-lasting HQD option, see the HQD Shisha 20000; if you want a nicotine-free option from the same brand, see the HQD Miracle 8000. For the wider range, see the HQD brand page.

Is the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000 legal and compliant in the UAE?

Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019. Multiple UAE sources report a 20mg/ml nicotine cap under UAE.S 5030:2018, but that figure hasn’t been confirmed against a primary MOIAT source. The HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000’s 20mg strength sits right at that reported cap; it is regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 via MoIAT/ECAS certification — check the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the packaging before purchase. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009, with ID verification at delivery. You can also verify authenticity directly through HQD’s own verification page.

Disposing of the HQD Cuvie Slick Pro 15000

Once the e-liquid or battery is spent, don’t puncture, crush or burn the device — treat it as e-waste rather than household rubbish. The UAE doesn’t yet have a widespread vape-specific recycling scheme, so the safest option is your nearest general e-waste drop-off point.
