We may request proof of age before dispatching your order and can refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

We sell genuine, factory-sealed vape products — disposable vapes, pod devices, and e-liquids — sourced from authorised distributors and verified manufacturers. Products sold on this site are intended to meet applicable UAE standards, including the UAE.S 5030:2018 nicotine limit of 20 mg/ml for e-liquids, and ECAS/MoIAT conformity requirements.

Product images, descriptions, flavours, and packaging are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from the item received due to manufacturer updates.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on VapeCollection.shop is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or misuse, if age verification cannot be completed, or if there is a pricing or listing error. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without notice. The price and any applicable delivery charge shown at checkout is the price you pay. We accept Cash on Delivery, card payment (Dubai), and bank transfer, as set out in our Shipping Policy. In the rare event of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Returns and Refunds

Our approach to returns, replacements, and refunds — including what is and is not eligible — is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Responsible Use

Vape products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance, and are intended for adult smokers and vapers only. Please read our Responsible Vaping / Health Disclaimer before use. You are responsible for using any product purchased from us safely, in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable UAE law.

Intellectual Property

All content on VapeCollection.shop — including text, graphics, logos, and the VapeCollection.shop name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by providing false information when ordering, attempting to circumvent age verification, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We welcome genuine wholesale and bulk-order enquiries through our Contact Us page.

Limitation of Liability
