This page explains who writes and checks the product information, buying guides and reviews on Vape Collection Shop, and the rules we follow before anything is published.
Who is responsible
Product pages, brand pages, buying guides and reviews on this site are written and checked by Ismail Hossain, our product researcher. Ismail sources and checks the stock we sell, reviews brand pages against the live catalogue, verifies AED prices and stock status before publishing, and checks batch codes against manufacturer verification portals when stock arrives.
Our editorial standards
- Live catalogue first. Prices, stock status, flavours and specifications are taken from our own live catalogue, not copied from other shops.
- Manufacturer specifications. Battery capacity, e-liquid volume, nicotine strength and puff counts are the manufacturer’s published figures. Puff counts are manufacturer estimates and real-world numbers vary with how you vape.
- Honest buying guidance. Our guides say which devices are poor value or not worth buying, not only which ones to buy.
- No invented reviews or statistics. We do not publish made-up customer reviews, ratings, survey results or certifications.
- No medical claims. We do not give medical or quit-smoking advice. Vape products contain nicotine, which is addictive, and are for adults aged 18 and over only. See our Responsible Vaping / Health Disclaimer.
- UAE rules. We sell only to adults 18+ in line with UAE law. See our Age Restriction policy and Authenticity Guarantee.
- Dated updates. Pages show when they were last updated, and we revise them when prices, stock or product details change.

If you spot a wrong price, specification or other error on any page, please tell us on WhatsApp or by phone on +971 55 470 5152. We will check it against the product and our catalogue and correct the page.
