This review is based on the specifications published on this listing. Vape Collection Shop sells the ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 direct to customers in the UAE.
How many puffs does the ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 offer?
Up to 30,000 puffs, drawn from 20ml of e-liquid and an 850mAh rechargeable battery. Actual puff count depends on draw length and habits, as with any disposable — recharging via Type-C means you use the full 20ml rather than losing e-liquid to a dead battery.
Nicotine strength — corrected from a significant error
The ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 uses 3mg (0.3%) nicotine. This listing’s own copy previously stated “3% (30mg/ml)” in both its specs table and FAQ — overstating the real strength by a factor of ten. This is one of the mildest nicotine strengths in this catalogue, not one of the strongest, so it’s worth double-checking if you saw the old figure elsewhere. Check the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the packaging before purchase.
Dual mesh coil, auto-draw and a sealed tank
A dual mesh coil handles flavour and vapor production. The device is auto-draw — inhale from the mouthpiece and it activates, no buttons to press. The 20ml e-liquid tank is sealed and pre-filled at the factory; it isn’t refillable, so once it’s empty the device is done even though the 850mAh battery still recharges via USB Type-C.
Price and cost per puff
At AED 49 for up to 30,000 puffs, the ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 works out to roughly AED 1.63 per 1,000 puffs — one of the better cost-per-puff figures in this catalogue.
Every ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 flavour
All 14 flavours this listing is sold in: Bubblegum Mint, Double Apple, Frozen Blueberry, Grape Mint, Grape Raspberry, Lemon Mint, Love Dream, Mango Ice, Melon Mint, Peach Ice, Raspberry Mint, Saudi Fruit Mix, Strawberry Watermelon and Watermelon Mint. This listing’s own earlier copy named only 7 of these 14 flavours. Love Dream is by far the most-searched flavour for this device, and it’s genuinely in stock here.

Pros and cons
Pros: rechargeable via USB-C, so you use the full 20ml rather than losing e-liquid to a dead battery; dual mesh coil for consistent flavour; a mild 3mg nicotine strength if you’re stepping down from stronger disposables; one of the better cost-per-puff figures in this catalogue at AED 1.63 per 1,000 puffs; wide 14-flavour range including the genuinely popular Love Dream.
Cons: sealed e-liquid, so once it’s empty the device is done even though the battery still charges; no adjustable airflow; the mild 3mg strength isn’t a fit if you want a stronger hit.
ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 vs Elf Bar EW Premium 25000 vs Elf Bar Raya D3 Pro 30000 — which should you buy?
If you want a much stronger nicotine hit at a similar puff count, the Elf Bar EW Premium 25000 steps up to 50mg nicotine with adjustable ice intensity. If you want the same 30,000-puff capacity with multiple power modes, the Elf Bar Raya D3 Pro 30000 also runs 50mg nicotine across triple modes. The Shisha Luxe 30000 sits apart from both as the mild-nicotine, shisha-style option in the ELF BAR lineup.
Who should buy the ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000?
Worth a look if you want a mild, shisha-style disposable with a genuinely wide flavour range, including the popular Love Dream. If you want a stronger nicotine hit instead, see the Elf Bar EW Premium 25000 or Elf Bar Raya D3 Pro 30000 reviews instead. For the wider range, see the ELF BAR brand page.
Is the ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000 legal and compliant in the UAE?
Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019. Disposable vapes and their e-liquids are regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 via MoIAT/ECAS certification — check the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the packaging before purchase. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009, with ID verification at delivery. You can also verify authenticity directly through ELF BAR’s own verification page.
Disposing of a spent ELF BAR Shisha Luxe 30000
Once the e-liquid runs out, the device is done even though the battery still holds a charge — don’t puncture, crush or burn it, since it still contains a lithium battery. The UAE doesn’t yet have a widespread vape-specific recycling scheme, so the safest option is your nearest general e-waste drop-off point.
