Elux Astra 50000 Puffs Disposable Vape 50mg: A Game-Changer with Turbo Mode for Vapers in Dubai and UAE

The Elux Astra 50000 Puffs Disposable Vape is a rechargeable, 50mg salt-nic disposable with a dual mesh coil and 10 flavours in stock, priced at AED 49 per device at Vape Collection Shop, with delivery across the UAE within 24 hours.

Key takeaways

• Rated for up to 50,000 puffs in the standard mode, or roughly half that in Turbo mode, on an 850mAh rechargeable battery that recharges via USB-C.
• Works out to roughly AED 0.98 per 1,000 puffs at the current AED 49 price — one of the better cost-per-puff figures in this tier.
• 10 flavours in stock, all at one fixed price.
• Fixed 50mg (5%) salt nicotine only — no lower-strength option of this specific model.
• Best for vapers who want a long-lasting disposable with a mode switch for lighter or stronger draws; not the pick if you want adjustable nicotine strength or a more pocketable size (see the smaller Elux Legend 5000 below).

This review is based on the specifications published on this listing, cross-checked against the manufacturer’s stated figures and independent third-party listings — not a hands-on unit test. Vape Collection Shop sells the Elux Astra 50000 direct to customers in the UAE.

How many puffs does the Elux Astra 50000 give you?

Elux rates the Astra 50000 at up to 50,000 puffs in its standard mode, backed by a 25ml pre-filled e-liquid capacity. The device also has a Normal/Turbo mode switch — Turbo draws more power per puff for a stronger hit, which roughly halves the puff count to around 25,000 in exchange for that stronger draw. As with any manufacturer puff rating, the figures are measured on short, consistent draws — a longer or harder draw uses more e-liquid per puff, so real-world use typically lands somewhat below the rated number. For how this compares against other puff tiers sold in the UAE, see our guide to vape puff counts.

How much nicotine is in the Elux Astra 50000?

The Elux Astra 50000 contains 50mg (5%) salt nicotine, and it’s only sold at this one strength — there’s no lower-nicotine variant of this specific model. Salt nicotine is absorbed faster than freebase nicotine and stays smooth at higher strengths, which is why 50mg salt nic feels less harsh than an equivalent freebase strength would.

Elux Astra 50000 price in the UAE

Vape Collection Shop sells the Elux Astra 50000 for AED 49 per device. That works out to roughly AED 0.98 per 1,000 puffs based on the rated 50,000-puff capacity in standard mode — a strong figure for this puff tier. Delivery is within 24 hours across the UAE, with card payment available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and cash on delivery or bank transfer everywhere.

Elux Astra 50000 specifications

Battery life and the Normal/Turbo switch

The built-in 850mAh battery recharges over USB-C, and the onboard display tracks battery and e-liquid level so you’re not guessing when it’s running low. The Normal/Turbo switch changes how much power goes into each draw — Normal is the setting to leave it on for the full rated 50,000 puffs, while Turbo trades puff count for a warmer, stronger-feeling draw when you want it.

Pros and cons

Pros: strong cost-per-1,000-puffs value at this price; 10 flavours in stock; dual mesh coil; Normal/Turbo mode switch; USB-C recharging.

Cons: only one nicotine strength (50mg/5%) — no lower-strength version of this model; larger than a compact pocket disposable; Turbo mode roughly halves the puff count while it’s active.

Who should buy the Elux Astra 50000?

Worth it if you want a long-lasting 50,000-puff disposable with the option to switch to a stronger draw on demand, and don’t need an adjustable nicotine strength. If you’d rather have a smaller, more pocketable device, Elux also makes the Elux Legend 5000 — a much lower puff-count model, so it’s worth reading as its own option rather than a direct swap. For the wider range, see the Elux brand page.

Is the Elux Astra 50000 legal and compliant in the UAE?

Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019. Multiple UAE sources report a 20mg/ml nicotine cap under UAE.S 5030:2018, but that figure hasn’t been confirmed against a primary MOIAT source, and this catalogue itself carries products above it. For a 50mg device like the Elux Astra 50000: it is regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 via MoIAT/ECAS certification — check the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the packaging before purchase. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009, with ID verification at delivery. You can also verify authenticity directly through Elux’s own verification page.

Disposing of the Elux Astra 50000

Once the e-liquid or battery is spent, don’t puncture, crush or burn the device — treat it as e-waste rather than household rubbish. The UAE doesn’t yet have a widespread vape-specific recycling scheme, so the safest option is your nearest general e-waste drop-off point.
