What Is the BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 Puffs and How Does It Work?
The BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 Puffs is a high-capacity disposable vape from BOUNCE, pre-filled with 20ml of 20mg/ml (2%) salt nicotine e-liquid and rated for up to 45,000 puffs. There is nothing to refill, no coil to replace, and no settings to configure — the device is draw-activated, so it fires only when you inhale through the mouthpiece.
Inside, a mesh coil heats the e-liquid. Mesh coils spread heat across a larger surface than round-wire coils, which is what keeps flavour consistent from the first puff to the last instead of fading as the device ages. The BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 belongs to the same Turbo line as the BOUNCE Turbo 25000, positioned above it on capacity and below the range-topping Turbo 60000.
Battery Life and Charging
The BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 uses a 550mAh rechargeable battery with a USB Type-C port. The battery is smaller than the e-liquid supply on purpose: it is designed to be recharged multiple times so the device can outlast its 20ml of e-liquid, rather than being thrown away with liquid still inside. Recharge it whenever vapour production weakens; the manufacturer has not published an official full-charge time. A charging cable is not included in the box, but any standard USB Type-C cable works.
How Long Do 45,000 Puffs Actually Last?
The 45,000-puff figure is a laboratory rating based on short, machine-measured puffs, so treat it as a ceiling rather than a promise. Real-world puffs are longer and deeper, which means most users get fewer total puffs than the headline number.
As a practical guide: at a moderate 300 puffs a day the BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 can run for multiple weeks, and even heavy users drawing 500 or more puffs a day should expect several weeks of use from one device. How you vape matters — long draws, chain vaping, and high ambient heat all shorten the effective lifespan.
Is the BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 Legal and Compliant in the UAE?
Yes — vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, and since July 2020 vape products sold here must be certified through the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) under the ECAS scheme, meeting standard UAE.S 5030:2018. The BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 sold by Vape Collection Shop carries the ECAS/MoIAT conformity marking on its retail box — check for it before use. At 20mg/ml (2%), its nicotine strength sits at the level widely reported as the UAE retail limit for e-liquid.
Under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control, sale is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and online retailers verify age at delivery with an Emirates ID or passport. From 1 September 2026, the UAE Ministry of Finance also applies a minimum excise price of AED 1 per ml on e-liquid used in electronic smoking devices, on top of the existing 100% excise rate. Local rules still apply to where you can vape: Dubai Municipality restricts vaping in many parks and beaches, and vaping in a vehicle with a child present is an offence. See the official UAE government portal for current regulations.

BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 vs BOUNCE Turbo 25000: How Do They Compare?
Both devices come from the same BOUNCE Turbo line, so the real choice is between capacity and nicotine strength. The X Turbo 45000 gives you far more rated puffs at a lower price, but only in 20mg (2%); the Turbo 25000 is the pick if you specifically want 50mg (5%) salt nicotine.
| BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 | BOUNCE Turbo 25000 | |
| Rated puffs | Up to 45,000 | Up to 25,000 |
| Nicotine strength | 20mg/ml (2%) | 50mg/ml (5%) |
| Single device | AED 35 | AED 40 |
| Box of 10 | AED 290 | AED 350 |
| Best for | Longest use per device at a standard 2% strength | Users who want the stronger 5% salt nicotine hit |
How to Use the BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 Puffs
1Unbox and inspect. Check the ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark and the batch code on the packaging in front of the delivery agent.
2Remove the seals. Take off any mouthpiece cap and sticker covering the airflow inlet.
3Draw to activate. There are no buttons — inhale gently through the mouthpiece and the device fires automatically.
4Take short puffs. Short, spaced draws protect the mesh coil and keep flavour consistent across the device’s life.
5Recharge when needed. When vapour weakens, top the 550mAh battery up with any USB Type-C cable until output returns to normal.
6Retire it responsibly. When flavour and vapour fade for good, the e-liquid is finished — dispose of the device at an e-waste point, not in household rubbish.
Where to Recycle or Dispose of It in the UAE
The BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 contains a lithium battery and electronics, so it should never go into household rubbish. Take spent devices to an electronic-waste collection point — many UAE communities, malls, and municipal recycling centres accept small e-waste, and Dubai Municipality operates designated drop-off points. Never puncture, crush, or burn the battery: damaged lithium cells can overheat and catch fire. If the device still holds e-liquid, keep it out of reach of children and pets until you can dispose of it properly.

- No 50mg (5%) version — heavier nicotine users will find 20mg light
- Single-use construction still creates battery waste compared with a refillable pod kit
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 last?
At a moderate 300 puffs a day it can run for multiple weeks; heavier use of 500+ puffs a day still delivers several weeks per device. The 45,000-puff rating is laboratory-measured with short puffs, so real-world totals come in lower.
What nicotine strength is it?
One strength only: 20mg/ml (2%) salt nicotine. If you want a stronger 50mg (5%) option from the same brand, see the BOUNCE Turbo 25000.
Is the BOUNCE X Turbo 45000 rechargeable?
Yes — the 550mAh battery recharges over USB Type-C. Only the battery recharges; the 20ml of e-liquid cannot be refilled, so the device is finished when the liquid runs out.
Is it MTL or DTL?
It is an MTL (mouth-to-lung) device: you draw vapour into your mouth first, then inhale, similar to the draw of a cigarette. DTL (direct-to-lung) devices, by contrast, are inhaled straight to the lungs and are typically lower-nicotine, higher-power kits.
How do I know when it’s finished?
The manufacturer hasn’t published details of a display or indicator for this model, so go by behaviour: when flavour turns faint or burnt and recharging no longer restores vapour, the e-liquid is used up and the device is finished.
How do I verify my device is genuine?
Buy from an authorised retailer, keep the packaging, and check the batch code and ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on the box. Vape Collection Shop sources directly from authorised distributors — see our authenticity guarantee.
What should I do if it leaks?
Minor condensation in the mouthpiece is normal — wipe it and take shorter puffs. Genuine leaking is not: stop using the device, wash any e-liquid off your skin, and report it within 24 hours of delivery so it can be handled under our returns policy.
Is it legal everywhere in the UAE?
Sale and use are legal for adults 18+ in all seven emirates, subject to the same public-place restrictions as smoking. Dubai Municipality restricts vaping in many parks and beaches, and vaping in a vehicle with a child present is an offence.
Should I choose this or the BOUNCE Turbo 25000?
Choose the X Turbo 45000 for the most rated puffs per dirham at a standard 20mg (2%) strength. Choose the Turbo 25000 if you specifically want 50mg (5%) salt nicotine and don’t mind fewer puffs at AED 40.
Do you offer a warranty?
No — we do not offer a warranty on this product. Open and check your device in front of the delivery agent before accepting it. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered by returns if reported within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Discover in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, plus cash on delivery and bank transfer across all seven emirates.
How fast is delivery, and what is the return policy?
Delivery is within 24 hours to all seven emirates (AED 30, free over AED 350), with a Dubai express option in 2–3 hours for an extra AED 10. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours are covered — see the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund policy.
Can a tourist bring or buy this product in the UAE?
Tourists aged 18+ can buy vape products in the UAE, and travellers may generally bring devices and e-liquid for personal use within limits, provided products are ECAS-certified; you may need to declare them at customs if asked. Specific quantity allowances aren’t published as a single fixed figure, so check current customs guidance before travelling.
Is vaping this product risk-free?
No. This product contains nicotine, which is addictive, and vaping is not risk-free. It is intended only for adult smokers and vapers aged 18+, and is not suitable for non-smokers, minors, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding — see our responsible vaping and health disclaimer.
How should I dispose of the device when it is finished?
Take it to an electronic-waste collection point rather than household rubbish — it contains a lithium battery. Never puncture, crush, or burn the battery.
