Every brand page here lists the models we actually hold, with the AED price and stock status taken from the live catalogue rather than from a manufacturer’s brochure. Ismail checks those figures before a page is published and re-checks them when prices change. Where a device is poor value, the page says so.

How we handle puff counts and prices
Manufacturer puff ratings are measured on short, light laboratory draws, so real-world use always lands below them. We publish the rated figure because it is the only comparable number between devices, and we say plainly on every page that you should expect less. Prices shown on brand pages are inclusive of applicable taxes and carry the date they were last checked.
If something is wrong
If a unit you receive from us is not genuine, we collect it and refund you in full. If a price or specification on this site is out of date, tell us and it gets corrected. Contact details are on our contact page.
