How to choose a freebase vape juice
Freebase juice is defined by three numbers: bottle size, nicotine strength and VG/PG ratio. Get the ratio wrong for your coil and no flavour will save it.
Strength — why it looks so low
Freebase nicotine is harsher than salt nicotine at the same figure, so it is sold at 0 mg, 3 mg and 6 mg. That is not a weaker product; a sub-ohm device vapourises several times more liquid per puff, so 3 mg delivers a comparable amount of nicotine to 30 mg in a tight pod.
VG/PG ratio
Nearly everything here is 70/30 VG/PG, with one line at 78/22. High-VG liquid is thick, makes more vapour, and needs the large wicking ports of a low-resistance coil. Put it in a 1.2Ω pod and it will not wick fast enough, which is what a burnt taste on a brand-new coil usually means.
Bottle size and cost per millilitre
This is where freebase wins outright. A 120 ml bottle at AED 35 is AED 0.29 per millilitre. A 30 ml salt bottle at AED 35 is AED 1.17. Four times the liquid for the same money — provided you have a device that can use it.

Vaping law and age rules in the UAE
Vaping products are legal to sell in the UAE, and the minimum age to buy them is 18. The age limit is set by Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on Tobacco Control. We sell to adults aged 18 and over only, and ID is checked on delivery.
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE must conform to the mandatory regulation for electronic nicotine products administered by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MOIAT). General tobacco provisions are published on the official UAE government portal.
Vaping products carry excise tax at 100%. From 1 September 2026 the Ministry of Finance applies a minimum excise price of AED 1 per millilitre to liquids used in electronic smoking devices; the 100% rate itself is unchanged. Tax guidance is published by the Federal Tax Authority.

What is the difference between vape juice and salt nicotine?
Vape juice is freebase nicotine, sold weak at 0 mg to 6 mg in large bottles and used in higher-power devices. Salt nicotine is chemically modified, sold strong at 20 mg to 50 mg in 30 ml bottles, and used in small pods. They are not interchangeable.
Which device do I need for freebase vape juice?
A sub-ohm device — a coil under about 0.6Ω with wide airflow, which vapourises enough liquid per puff for a 3 mg strength to be satisfying. In a tight 1.0Ω pod, 3 mg freebase will feel like nothing.
How much does vape juice cost in the UAE?
AED 35 to AED 60 a bottle here. Because the bottles are large, the per-millilitre cost is low: from about AED 0.29 for a 120 ml bottle to around AED 0.75 for a 30 ml. The larger the bottle, the cheaper the liquid.
What does the VG/PG ratio mean?
VG is thick and makes vapour; PG is thin, carries flavour and gives throat hit. Freebase vape juice is usually 70/30 VG/PG or higher, which suits low-resistance coils. It is too thick for tight pods and will taste burnt in one.
